I don't think that's a good idea since I have never seen him adjusting someone's mana output so he either have no idea how to do it or I missed something in the manga. Even if he forced himself, it would risk Anthony with either complete destruction of his mana nerve or death due to sever mana deficiency if he drained his mana too much
