I have already read this, properly english translated, up to chapter 90. It's from another group, mangaeffect. It seems they don't upload here but yeah, they are pretty much a bit up to date, and release stuff regularly. You can read it on their site.

May also have something to do with perceived popularity of the title, or how many people actually even know it exists. Even if it's a good story but not many people know of it, how many will actually be enticed into reading it if it's posted from out of nowhere?

There are worse but yeah they are not as good as one would expect. I might have missed on the quality-level because the chapters going forward are like watching a dragon ball fight that happened in 5 minutes but was laid out in 30 chapter so my brain shut itself off from evaluating the translation quality

After I read theirs, I started questioning how the hell are you comparing Slayer Scans proper TL with Mangaeffect? Their TL is obviously worse. It's clunky af. And let's not bring them typesetting. I'd rather wait. But for someone who can handle MTL level of translation then by all means go on.

Like I said, "perceived". It wouldn't be the first time a TL group thought not to do a project, because they somehow thought people wouldn't like it.

Of course other things like financial restrictions on the group, access to raws, or even working on a commission basis are considerations too. But until someone can clear it up, I'm just spitballing here.

To those who still read this I suggest you guys to stop read for at least a year. Because with how slow the plot are it'll take months to finish just 1 fight. For example they start fighting like the enemy force's in chapter 67 or 70ish. I've read up to 91 and they still haven't finish that battle bro😭
