There's something really infuriating about this Manga. The basis is an MC who DIED an unfufiled life because he threw everything into his craft under the guise that those with talent had a responsibility to dedicate everything to it. With reincarnation all he wanted was to actually enjoy life. Yet every side character we've met so far (aside from his parents and sus maid (whose helpful but low-key would be in jail in our world 🤣)) just forces him to get into their stupid power struggle. He would have remained perfectly hidden and had a chance at happiness if not for their intervention. Solve your own stupid problems. The father clearly, even without the MC's hax powers, know what its like to be used in others politics just because of your talent and didn't want that for his son. Akira didn't want it for himself having experienced it his last life. I mean this chapter sums it up great. Dude was BLACKMAILED twice (once after saving everyone else's butt) and is expected to just be okay with being at the royal palace now? If this was a different manga this would lead into a "I got summoned to another world and was blackmailed, now I'll get revenge on everyone for taking away my happiness" plot.

It'd sure be nice the MC actually told and off and didn't put up with this crap. I mean what's stopping him from running away and how is that worse than just becoming a pawn of the royal palace? Not like he can't literally make anything with his powers.

Japanese mc be something completely different. They just have this odd irking habit of never listening.
I can forgive him for not remembering her true name since he might have been in pain and didn't pay heed to her telling her TRUE NAME, like she specifically made the difference known but oh well.
Now he has the damn nerve to ask "who are you" bruh, LISTEN TO WHAT SHE IS SAYING MFER. BE SHOCKED BUT NOT DUMB.

I'm willing to let it slide with the princess here. If I remember correctly, she was just bragging about her crush to a woman she trusted greatly. It's not exactly her fault that said trustworthy woman is perfectly fine with blackmail and manipulation.

im gonna have to disagree with this one cause there is a whole panel a couple of chapters ago where its the princess saying something along the lines of "MC the kingdom needs your powers" so my bet is she knew what she was doing when she told knight lady. also she is the origins to the downfall to his peaceful life

I hate most of the female characters honestly they just force MC to do whatever they want and think an apology is enough to fix it. (and it'll 100% work)

Well, what else could you expect? He's the guy who created a gambling debt matching how much his parents' shop makes in half a year to a cheater with loaded dice. And he paid it all back after risking his life in deadly combat. Katia and Prol have never seen a summoner with such a gigantic mana pool, but the cheating gambler has never seen such a gigantic sucker.

You can seriously tell that the author heard about all the negative feedback from readers and is scrambling to try to make excuses for his own characters just being sociopathic props to move the story along in the direction he wants it to go in.
