Truly, nobody should have expected anything different from a manga like this, but it's still a shame the prince couldn't be a decent person, just with very different opinions on strategies and such. Instead the simple-minded author had to make him blatantly disgusting. Another shame is that Akira was driven under the princess using a scene like this. Like, nobody made any rational decisions, there were no real talks between Akira and Medis, there were no negotiations about the terms, no Medis explaining or promising anything to Akira using her own words, no deliberations, no nothing. Just get the dude angry because of a cartoon villain political opponent, and voilà!

Yeah, a bit annoying, still. I like that, even if they make the Prince to be an asshole... Is he wrong?
Katya said it in the previous chapter. Regardless of his callouness and seeming lack of respect for the life of his soldiers, if the Prince's strategies and methods work then there's no way to shut them down.
Unless MC can truly back the princess enough to solve everything in a more effective way by himself... which he could. Very easily.
Just spaming the elixir summoning to treat the injured people would work a lot, that not even mentioning having MC fight.

I'm up to chapter 29 and I hate the Mc at this point in time. If you wanted to live a peaceful life and someone promised to keep your op ability a secret when they found out, then break that promise when it suited them. How you just gonna act like a push over and forgive them and still be buddy buddy with them knowing your peaceful life is no longer achievable. Why writers always making these weak minded/willed MCs? Other then that its great so far lol
