you are double counting the expenses on Hitora, Chie lent 30 million on chapter 29 for Hitora to pay her 20 million debt + 10 million for her to invest into opening a shop. When Chie mention lending 50 in this chapter she means in total (the 30 from chapter 29 + paying the 20 debt)
