I wonder why I can't express my happiness?
Maybe that's because you're not actually inventing anything? You're just stealing ideas from actually talented, innovative people and presenting them to people who can't know any better.

It's like if I went back in time and started a band where I just rip off every single platinum selling single in the future. Of course I wouldn't be proud of myself. I didn't do anything.

It's fine if she's utilizing her knowledge for profit or to help people. But she should never get cocky about it. At least until she actually starts inventing new medicines.

Wanting "more" is just a characteristic of female humans, she is not being greedy she is just being what she is.

ftfy.

To be fair it's not just women. Most humans in general always want more, just to varying degrees. We're all just a bunch of greedy little shits. :)

@Aretheus She may not have been originally responsible for many of these ideas(at least in regards to her reincarnation and all that), but she is indeed responsible for figuring out how to put these ideas into practice within this new world. She's working hard and doing experiments to figure out how to replicate some of the things she remembers from her past life, and she already had a great interest in herbalism before she died, so she can at least have some pride in her work and the fact that she is skilled in what she does. Sure, taking credit for someone else's ideas isn't something to be proud of, but being able to recreate someone else's ideas from scratch with your own skills is an accomplishment that deserves a little bit of pride, especially if it's a time consuming and/or arduous task. That is to say, pride in one's skills in the respective craft rather than the ideas of said craft that are not one's own. It's ok for a person to be proud of the fact they can sing extremely well even if they can't come up with new songs themselves.

To be clear, I'm not trying to argue against your point. It's definitely important that she doesn't get cocky, but I think she should have more confidence in herself for being able to recreate these things with her own skills.

Idk why Japanese people are really hard to say “you are welcome” or taking a compliment , it’s like they are so repulsive by the very idea of their works get recognition and praised.
