the MC is the very definition of endless suffering like hell....
he even got his previous rerun girlfriend going after his head
he did save her in the next round by take out a traitor
but from her perspective, he is unforgiving murderer.

on the other hand, If I remember correctly, the plot related to that hero does progress in some form(?)
he eventually knows the fuc up truth behind the hero origin is.

There's a love interest coming up after the revenge arc that's gets pretty far into a relationship, as in no bullshit, straight forward, mutual love type progression with a sane female lead...you can imagine how that goes. If you thought Judith was gut punch, then it'll be rough. How she goes out though made her one of my favorite characters. She's ride or die for MC and he grows alot through the arc.

Tl;Dr: yes MC eventually gets laid, no his luck with women doesn't get better...and it fills him with determination!

I mean not necessarely THIS kind of romantic progression but thx lol

Brother cannot catch a break. I'm all for feeding the crazy ass ageha to the sword, I still believe Judith is worth getting to. And hey if that doesn't work out maybe he'll have a cute sword waifu to be with. But seeing how this series goes that's probably not gonna happen.
