That makes more sense than what’s being shown here. Here he had time to turn his head and see the bugbear stare at him multiple times which felt really stupid. Hope they don’t butcher this work and make more stupid things like this.
because he was thinking about what the villagers did to him, we know some people who are motivated by pure rage (Doom Slayer, Goblin Slayer, Asura,...)
In the novel, it's explained that the reload is in the middle of the punch. He literally has 1 or 2 second to react every time he reloads.
Nope, his abilities are completely reset at each loop
From the novel, he can't. He tries to fight the monster, but lack power to do real damage. He barely escapes by pocking his eye, giving himself 20 sec to flee.
He has only one corridor with a trap in it, he can't jump over it and it activates each time. He can't lure the monster if he can't pass the trap himself.
After falling a few times, he notices a hidden corridor next to the spikes. In the end, he tries to go that way since he can't escape the monster or the trap.
What, that never happened.
The only times Subara broke down was from finding out Rem was killing him, lashing out at Emilia after his dual, after being frozen by Puff, getting his arse eaten by rabbits(literally), and confronting all the witches at once.
This dude was too stupid to realize he was looping until a dozen or 2 times went by. Subara is way smarter.
Humans are insanely adaptable. He might have broken (he was close to it after his mind managed to figure out what was going on) if he hadn't remembered his rage.
