I've read the LN and damn the worldbuilding is absolutely phenomenal. The title is just the tip of the iceberg, heck the whole narrative progressed to something beyond just the dungeon and now Ageha and the puppeteer is the least of his worries. Also,

This is starting to feel exactly like a game, Ageha is like a game mechanic that can only detect if the player made contact with another girl so him going for the sword immediately should be safe.

Unless Ageha goes full Monica mode and delete all the other routes lol.

Honestly, this MC had 2 chances he missed to get laid and have a relationship.
Might've dodged a bulled with the first one, but she would've been all over him, bearing in mind that at the time, she wasn't freaky.
And the second, they built it up to get to such a good point that Judith fell for him.

I cant believe he denied a segg given to him. This MC I swear...
