easy access to maximum container width

as i have seen in multiple manhua and manhwas the page size is not consistent even if the chapters belong to same title
so i find myself using maximum container width more often

so instead of opening reader setting each time ,i wish it was easier
like pressing '+' to increase and '-' to decrease or having an slider at lower end of the reader bar

yes you could easily change it by zoom in & out with browser's inbuilt zoom but it mess with every other tab too
