I reckon Kunya is more depressed and more desperate than Lulu; well, following the logic that people who are more cheerful and act silly do so because they wear that mask to hide their true selves—it’s a way of cheering themselves up. Even when Lulu said, ‘Does God even exist?’, it momentarily silenced Kunya and changed her expression; I’m sure deep down in her heart, she also doubts the existence of God. Well, I’m looking forward to the next c chapter of the manga; the story and its concept are quite exciting, with a touch of mystery that reminds me of Shoujo Shumatsu and Made in Abyss.
