They are very real. Out of curiousity, I watched the Inuit AV from the previous chapter and the manga describes everything that happened in it very accurately.

EDIT: Watched this one as well. I cringed a little because they all have the singing ability of an average person at a karaoke bar. Also laughed a little when I saw "Kintama" written on the woman (Page 11).

I think I've already watched the video specified in this chapter and other avs made by this studio called rocket or in code RCTD and frankly all their videos were catered to very weird fetishes like pouring paint on naked girls and etc.

God this just reminds me of the fever dream that was the Sexcetera show, I caught a few episodes when I was a teen back in the day. I still remember the episode on pyrophilia, of the few episodes I caught I can't remember getting a boner once although I am Asexual now so go figure. But if you're interested in this kind of stuff then I would recommend the show you should be able to find some eps online although I haven't looked. As for the manga and what it talks about, it might be due to my sexual disposition but I am of the opinion that anything can be art if its done in the right way, with enough passion and a display of skill behind it. Of which I do believe this manga is extremely creative, funny and might have something to say going forward. As for the porn that its talking about, well its kind hard to say; I've seen some very intreating video essays on the subject of gay porn in regards to gay acceptance and the politics around the gay identity.
