I like how Blade only thinks of Yessica's swimsuit in terms of how practical it is on the battlefield. He literally says "The defense ability of your butt seems low," but it sounds more awkward in Japanese, so I translated it as "Your bum looks quite defenseless".

On Earnest's and Eliza's swimsuit he remarks "The size is perfect/tight/exact." He doesn't judge the look. It either fits, or it's too tight/baggy. Blade is very practical.
