Yeah, it's because the problems can't and aren't solved by power alone. There's a struggle in how to best resolve the situation for everyone involved. The problem with many OP isekais is that the story is literally "Use OP power to instantly collect next trophy and move on."

Also, minor nitpick, but this is a reincarnation in the same world many years later, not an isekai. Actually more than a minor nitpick because the reincarnation itself has been introduced as a mystery of this manga.

Elria basically an Elf too right? When she died in the first place, she is an elf. Now reincarnated as a human but with her soul intact, that elf might be aimed to kill her so her soul can be harvested to be planted inside another elf or just for her mana again.

Also likely that he's the reason she died in the first place, if he's calling her -chan it's likely he's older. Maybe an older brother type figure

Ah yeah yeah I know that, I just compared it with isekai manga since that genre have more OP mc with generic storylines or development, well also mostly because those are what I've binged and dropped recently 😂
