the same with him talking about how Altein used electricity in the last chapters, both the guns and that were nowhere to be seen in the flashbacks we have seen until now. At least from what I remember

Yeah, when he said Altein was very advanced technologically I thought it was some sort of dwarf thingies but bam! Guns out of nowhere.

This bugs me.

This bugs me.

And on top of that they were saying guns weren’t effective against magic (which IMO is annoying in it of itself), so their development in spite of magic becoming more prevalent doesn’t make sense.
