I've been kinda working off the assumption that the script is failing at the very first request to MangaDex, since the error is on the URL that tries to authenticate with MangaDex, but the same URL is also used for refreshing the access token. Maybe the URL in the error changes between runs as well? It's kind of a hail Mary at this point, but I figure it would be better to verify these things and it would have a (relatively) simple fix if that was the case.

Because the issue is with my isp connection, I tried using cloudflare warp installed for windows and it's working! Albeit I still need to pick up mangadex low activity times, like in the morning at my time to get it working until completion, otherwise timedout halfway in the process. So yeah issue resolved!

So it really did fail mid-process and not (always) at the beginning? In that case it would've been possible to make the script a bit more robust by adding retry mechanisms (and if you really want to be fancy, maybe even a way to produce partial results during exception handling and continue the process on a next run). If the maintainer really is following this thread, it would be worth adding an update for that.... hint hint nudge nudge
