[ul] - Started watching anime last year, started reading manga this year, new to just about everything
- Bought a Fire tablet for manga, promptly spent way too much, but it's fantastic to have everything on hand
- I work two jobs so I'm trying to avoid physical copies of manga, it's nice to go "buffet style" when I have a few minutes[/ul]I feel like Amazon's manga collection is decent and growing--I was shocked to find Sweat and Soap there, discovered it here and immediately bought it (a must read)--but there's other stuff like The Story Between a Dumb Prefect and a High School Girl with an Inappropriate Skirt Length (if you're not reading that you are wrong) that from I can tell haven't officially come out in English. Is there a place I can buy the "smaller" titles in English, ones not picked up by a larger publisher, and start building a library? I realize that there wouldn't be so much work to translate raws if everything already existed in English, but I thought I'd ask, in case I was missing something.
I just don't like reading stuff for free, I want to pay for it. Tsukumizu (Girls' Last Tour) talked about in Vol 1 about how hard it was to work up the courage to write a manga, and despite Vol 6 breaking my soul in half it was one of the first manga I'd ever read, and I'm glad I could buy it. As much as Dumb Prefect, Kubo-san, and Hitomi-chan have made me laugh, I'd like to buy them, too.
