Yeah, some mangakas should stick to drawing and leave the writing alone. I can’t remember the last time I read something this boring, uninspiring, and empty.
Oi.

It's an adaptation ya goofball.

As in, a publisher bought the rights to the light novel and told one of their mangaka, "Yo, turn this LN into a manga. Now."

Someone even put the links for both the LN and the WN in the description.

I get what you're saying and all, but you're blaming the wrong guy.

I've been waiting for this series to come back for a long long time, not quite 5 years though, there was serviceable MTL of it in the one other site that was taken down earlier this year, but only to chapter 21, and now they are both gone. Anyway, thank you very much for bringing it back, I can only pray it wont be taken down.

The trouble is that we get too many of those kinds of people who've got nothing constructive to say. They just come in and rage about how the story isn't to their liking. And you wanna know the funny part?

Half of them don't even realize what they're doing because people just "ignore" them and say nothing. Hardly anyone tells them they're fouling the air. It's like they come in here like they just got done playing DOTA or League of Legends, and all they got on their brain is toxicity.

And that's supposed to be okay? I mean, I get it, people can have their opinions. But if they got something bad to say, they should at least have something good to say as well. Like, "I like the premise, it seems like a fun idea, but I don't like how this particular trope is being handled..."

In fact, I just noticed that one dude commented, saying that the mangaka should stick with just drawing. Dude seriously failed to notice that this is an adaptation of a WN/LN, he just wanted to fucking neg on something.

So yeah. Don't call anyone out for it when someone calls another dude out for being toxic. That just makes you nearly as bad.
A critique doesn't need to point out anything good. That's why there's a difference between criticism and constructive criticism.

Five years.... it's crazy how long you can have some of these series sit and collect dust in the bookmarks only for a surprise revival. At least that means there's a whole lot of uncensored backlog to work with. Thanks for picking this up.
Honestly, if people didnt let them collect dust they just would get quickly forgotten. Whats the use of trying to follow something when you get at best 20 chapters in years? Its one of the reasons manhwa/manhua got so popular too, at least doesnt take a decade to see where the story is going.
