She’s not Halo levels of perversion, though Halo is too bashful and unlucky to achieve anything. She was unable to tell Filia she wanted a sex slave so she made Filia her apprentice and she lost her resolve to use the aphrodisiac when she saw Filia crying which good on her for that I guess.

Final note: I think it’s kind of funny how Halo thinks she won’t be a bottom, like come on she’s a bashful elf who’s probably not even five feet tall and her ears wiggle when she’s mad. She may be a failed Cosby, but she’s definitely still cute.
