Anyone playing? If you play, do you know how to raise construction quota? I wanna built ARK but the construction need 30 points, so I can't save Antoneva now...

Well, either you get high construction stat characters or waste hours story time(development building slots too) to build construction boosters(each gives 3 const. quota and you can only build 4 of them at max. So, 4 story hrs. and 4 building slots at max. Focus your tech stat building first so you can probably get it at day2 or so. Just save her in the next cycle if you're in that point lol.
