It's overused because it's always the same.

Get's kicked from party > fumble down stairs drunk > Completed super special sss rank legendary quest who required to fell down stairs while drunk by coincidence and unlock the "Harem God" job / turns out he needed only needed one more xp to evolve the "villager" job into "Super sayan sage harem brave" > goes on to form an harem while former party fucking dies because they're a bunch of brainlets.

They're some of them with cool premises, really liked the one where the MC lent skills and when he got kicked he just too them back with interest. It's like isekais some of them have cool premises but usually by chapter 20-30 they become the whole harem forming garbage.

The issue with a cool premise is that a cool premise can only compensate for lack of story telling ability for so long.
