now in what world do white people tell black people to hold back and stand strong against the racism of the white man...like OMG i get its kindness in this instance but i feel like author def does not get the nuance of being black in america feeling esp considering this mf just skyrocketed back to the 50s in his blatant racism (anti black sentiment still exists in america ofc even if more subtle/microaggression oriented,,of course there are still overtly racist acts all the time)

not like i can expect a japanese manga made near two decades ago to cpature the nuance perfectly esp from a non black persepective...but still this aspect of the manga is the worse! i know hes a clear villain but i really wish there was no character at all like that
