i first read fairy tail while it was still running in magazine, this is my first time rereading from the start since completion
pros: the large diversity of magic powers, i cant think many characters who have similar power and even when they do, they use them different physically and visually. should go without saying the fanservice, both on covers and in the story are great.
cons: too many fake out deaths undercuts emotional impact. the plot/battles feels like has no stakes, cause power of friendship means fairy tail never loses.
ill end by saying levi x gajeel is the best. every other ship dragged their feet until the very end (im looking at you gray...)
