Seems like the only stakes are that all these selfish and inept goddesses have someone “evaluate” them once the Demon King is killed.

That being said, their whole power thing does seem highly specific, so the only thing they really have is to hope their heroes are competent. Although Love is kinda cheating since the “weapon” her hero chose was a whole ass competent guy. So basically she gets a superman as a bonus.

To give love a little slack, tachibana got basically zero combat power at all, because it all went elsewhere, so arguably it's "fair"
(stop being mean to poor tachibana, give her some way of fighting back already)

We only saw 3 demons and 3 heroes, 5 if you count the mcs

4 heroes other than MCs were shown: night , wind, sun , and death (the dungeon/trap guy who joined the demons)

MCs is only one hero:, jinguuji is the weapon

since two heroes died(?) and MCs figured out how to beat major demon generals:

series is probably close to 1/2 finished, like maybe ending around 300~350 chapters. up to 30 more chapters if final battle drags on.
