looking for manga where people are normal. not always treating mc or other people like they themselfes, cuz i seen much to many manga where people man everything they do just so lively and happy bro looking fake so much. i wont mind if mc is absolute chad or in a good way edgy and funny. but not like they fucking on high ass shit thinking of a funny ass joke

i have no idea what you said in half that post and "fantasy manga where people act like normal people" is suuuuper subjective. so assuming you mean like 'normal for the time' which is long way of saying 'being terrible' because people in the medieval age did all kinds of horrendious things then ill just point you to berserk

And if you want people acting accordingly avoid Chinese at all cost
Go for Korean instead most of the Korean fantasy for you covered. If you can even find those among all the josei and shoujo

Dungeon Meshi should be a fine read. It's mostly about cooking manga & slice of life at first in medieval dungeon setting. But I'd assure you the plot, action, suspense, character & world building will get thicker in chapter 25++.. and its fit with your criteria that MC and people there not always have a happy & fake life either

Art style also will improve greatly later ( you can compare between the 1st and the last 3 chapters)

Yeah. Dungeon meshi is a must read. And unlike in isekai manga, manhwa is actually better read based on your criteria. Such as peerless dad. A good fantasy manga nowadays is scarce. One of my favorite that got axed is yakushoku distopiary
