Alright to all ya'll who don't understand, lemme put it to you simply.

Pandora opened the box, and swapped the world inside the box with Ilya's destroyed world.

They basically had Gaia help but using the "Pruning Theoretical Phenomena" which deletes timelines by chopping them off from support of the world to chop of this timeline and replace it with another

Yeah, just like all the readers are! Am I the only one who can't follow the damn story any more? Releases come out so rarely that I've forgotten what happened by the time the next one comes out, and even when I try to go back and re-read to remind myself, the story doesn't seem to hold together in any way that makes a lick of sense to me.

If Illya and Miyu weren't so frickin' cute I'd have dropped this long ago.

So the Pithos is an artificial Pruning Phenemenon made by the Greek Gods? One that doesn't rely on Alaya? Or is it just a gate that can be used to travel to pruned timelines? Anyway, it took about the same time from raycasting to Lostbelts that FGO took (around 3 years).

If I understand it correctly, which I doubt I did, the world of mud is what would happen if the Phitos didn't open. Which was the world before Illya went back in time. While the current world, the one where Team Miyu won, is the one where the Phitos did open.

In short, the timelines split due to Illya going back in time and helped Pandora open the Phitos.

so the mud world is the real world, the miyu world is something like lost belt because of illya back to the past and with the help of tanaka they swap the lost bell world with the mud world, mud world now is lost belt and miyu world is real world ? if it like that then is not the power scale is too big ?

Seeing as whatever world Illya now resides in has a functional Gaia, some of the subtext seems to imply that in order to be able make use of Gaia's assistance, Illya has essentially become the Brain of the Planet in this worldline. Something which can probably be accepted because apparently there aren't any other living beings left. Therefore it has become Illya's role to observe and remember all that happens to this world.....forever.

Also explains how she casually builds and destroys the house.
