Do As Infinity. Randomly hearing and falling in love with Fukai Mori at the end of an ep of Inuyasha on Cartoon Network got me into all this manga and anime stuff.

Some of Mafumafu's songs got into a few animes so does that count? Also love Bump of Chicken's music.

It gotta be Yuki Kajiura for me. Almost of her soundtracks are amazing, especially the ones in Pandora Hearts and Madoka Magica.

Honorable mention to Mili because of Goblin Slayer OP, although I've known them ever since Deemo.

Will chime in here ... she has done music for a few different "settings", but anime is among them.

Ceui.

There is just something about her voice that I really like for some reason.

Possibly my favorite piece she has done was Binkan na Fuukei - it was from the anime Sola.

Here is an AMV of it with footage from the movie Five Centimeters per Second: quite nice on the whole, I thought. :)

Kenshi Yonezu is my favorite, but he's far more than just the songs he's done for anime to me. I enjoy his entire body of work.

Aside from that, Hiroshi Kitadani's openings for One Piece are just the best. They really manage to capture a sense of free spirited adventure.

I guess I'd say between Yoko Kanno/The Seatbelts and Tsuneo Imahori.

Yuuki Kajiura, CHiCO with Honeyworks, TK from Ling tosite sigure, Lynn, Nagi Yanagi and countless others. But none can top Yuuki Kajiura's works, especially from Kara no Kyoukai.
