That was an accident. They both tripped and she happened to fall on top of him. She was just messing with Kotoka who was spying on them but deep down she really wanted to do that.

You don’t have to worry too much because Tatsu is really loyal towards Kotoka with exception of his fetish of long hair being the mortal enemy for Kotoka 😅
