He nipped racist and fascist dictators in the bud, brought peace to the world, and they failed him? These gods/examiners are clearly the worst of the bunch. If he doesn't ally with the demon king this time around I'll be extremely disappointed.

These examiners are the truly foolish ones. Nothing about that world he was sent into could possibly teach him about morality. The very fabric of the reality is survival of the fittest. While hes patently evil, their criteria is BS. Just kill the man you kidnapped and decided would dance inside of your insane morality play to your hearts content.
Awaken online actually made sense in the ways it would treat and interact to change your moral mentality. this can only be some insane joke by these people above. I love it.

I feel like it won't be as funny if he has to care
God, the fact that so many people here agree with the hero is unsettling.
It should be blatantly obvious that the point of this is not 'Save the world', but rather to improve upon the world as a whole, and to improve the personality, skills, and morals of the hero.
If the heroes are sent back to earth with their powers as it seems is the case, the end goal is likely to create a bunch of righteous and good heroes to make earth better. Maybe for a fight against some other force, who knows.
But the way the hero goes about things is simply psychotic. He murders because people are annoying, he doesn't care about innocent casualties as long as he gets what he wants in the end.
The reason his reputation was low isn't because 'People pinned the blame on me!!' it's because he was a ruthless dictator who murdered people on a whim, and only cared about getting stronger just so he could leave.
It shows that he doesn't have empathy, or a passion to help others. He's a psychopath who will kill those that annoy him or thst he can gain from.

Those gods are utter bastards who deserve to die. The people who are cheering for the MC to turn good are crazy. What kind of human is okay with being kidnapped, enslaved, and forced to fight for 10 years. And they're basically threatening to repeat this scenario until he literally goes mad from the torture. The gods and people in Fantasia are not on the side of good, no matter how you try to moralize it. In that case, it's up to the hero to survive and become free aa quickly as possible, morality be damned.

The people of fantasia are rotten to the core. Mc punished the horrible authorities and satanic scumbags and they dared to complain about it. He did lots of things for the greater good and spared everyone from lots of trouble but nope. You're not allowed to dispense justice apparently. Like seriously, ruining the demons home forever was a genius move and killing the king early was smart too.

Honestly he’s ruthless yes, but who wouldnt have gone Insane after 10 years of that bs. I love his maniacal side, it’s hilarious though I liked the comrades this time around. The story is different and doesn’t follow the “norm”
