@Haru777 Because they think he’ll be a danger to Earth if they send him back despite him solving the Fantasy’s worlds problems in the most logical way. But since he has that skill called “Don’t forget” or something all of his skills remain intact despite him being reset. So wiping his memory is out of the picture as well as constantly sending him back. At this point they fucked themselves over for being dickheads.

Sooo... By how this world works, the 10 years he spent doing "mEaNiNgLeSs TaSkS" did make him powerful by doing safe quests that would've end him in an instant if he picked maximum combat route.
