I just learn yesterday that the Women's World Cup has started, and I felt slightly bad about it as I felt I have been out of the loop, but that is due to me not watching the morning news for a long time now. At least it was day one when I learn about the world tournament (thanks to google). Now I have this plus E3 to watch.

For anyone who watches football is there particular teems you are rooting for? I am going to be rooting for Team U.S.A and as well as Team Japan.

TBH Don't like football(soccer) so much that I'll use those two terms interchangeable not because of the sport but people who play it.

I remember the last world cup; yes there were good A level plays and tactics but the flops were unbearable. The refs let any flop to go through for penalties so everyone just pretended to be as fragile as their granny's old tea cup. Worse was if you got legitimately hit and didn't take it like a pansy the other guy would and the penalty would go against you. (Unless you are grabbing their arms, legs, shirt (apparently that is perfectly fine until they fake a fall atleast)

But the worst was, "Look our new technology, we have video refering now that almost every other bloody sport has had for atleast a decade." Then stills proceeds to make terrible calls not using the video. One ref even yellowed card the wrong guy (literally the only guy except the goal keepers that didn't fake in that match forgot who he was though).

This was World Fifa Cup shouldve been better.

On the hand female soccer players are undervalued so need to show they aren't pansy thus play the game better imo. Kudoes to them.

Tl;Dr football professionals are unsportsmanlike pansies

P.s salty but amazed Germany lost so early and sad that Japan played so unambitiously in group brackets.
