Filtering manga by language

I wonder if there's a way to filter the manga that I follow or the one that shows up on the page by language.
I only want to be notified when there's a release on english of a manga I'm interested on and not when it's uploaded in a language I can't understand.
I'm asking because the old Batoto had such a feature but I can't find any in here.

Click the globe icon top right and select filter English and then click the pin to save.
