Finding anime character

Hi I am trying to find this anime character but I do not know from which anime. This character is a woman who is the captain or maybe admiral of a spaceship. She has short black hair. She is wearing either a white captain’s uniform or a white military uniform. I am not sure but she may have died towards the end of the anime. I also remember she was busty and if memory serves the cool sexy type though I am not sure. Anyways thank you for any information.
