Nice Background story...
So basically 8th brigade is one with different values of how they treat HumanFlames (also means outcast to others brigade).
And now, just how to convice higher ups to create a new brigade ... Shingeki no Kyojin did a good job for this when They decide what Corp eren will be put in, Eren ended up in Recon Corps by using Solid & Good argument there (Only ReconCorps that could kill a kyojin, in case eren goes beserk)
