So, I really like MangaDex but there's a feature that I really feel it could be better: scaling the pages when using the default reader (that's the sole reason why I still use legacy).
To exemplify, let me show how some pages look in both.
1) See this page (https://mangadex.org/chapter/703956/1), first in the default reader then in the legacy reader.
As you can see, in the default reader the user has to move the image around (and sometimes that will make the user go forward/backward a page by mistake), while in the legacy reader the reading experience is almost seamless.
2) A similar thing happens in this page (https://mangadex.org/chapter/703901/6) - again, first in the default and then the legacy reader.
As you can see, double spread pages work really badly in the default reader -- they load in the left side of the image, so one first has to move to the right of the picture, then go reading it to the left and down, and then move right again to move to the next page. Not only this is somewhat counter-intuitive, but actively worsens the reading experience.
Now, I might be an idiot but I did my best trying to find a way to change the settings of the default reader but I simply could not. Which is particularly puzzling considering that the legacy reader has an easily accessible settings button that allows you to do exactly what I want:
So my request is for y'all to either make something like this available to the default reader or, if this is already available but hidden somewhere, make it easily available like the legacy reader's is.
Thanks for you work!
