The original title is バンバンねこ (banban neko), where ねこ (neko) means cat, and バンバン(banban) is supposedly the sound used when you show something amazing to people, and probably also the sound of cats' paws when they hit cars.

Ok I guess the better title would be "Banging Cat" then

I think what's being depicted here is the tendency for cats to climb on top of tires when looking for warm and dry shelter. My dad would always call the space above the tire the "dead cat space." It's a good habit to check your tires regardless.
