I was hoping for a redemption for Cece since she honestly looked like a nice girl in the first few chapters. It's sad that the author had to write her like a standard female villain. In return, the brother was a total dick. All in the name of love? Bullshit, he's just a batshit insane possessive bastard. Irl this guy would be redflags everywhere. It's hard to believe the girl got imprisoned for years and yet is okay with all of this??? Just a glorified abuse.
That said, I liked reading this as a mystery story of sorts. MC is cute.

The brother is total psycho. He should have been given some kind of compensation.
And I think NingMeng is a very kind person. I know being kind is a good thing, but being this kind despite all the bad treatments she received, I have no idea if I really like it or not.
