I honestly don't get the hype around Kopi Luwak. I've had some pretty damned good coffee, and I can't imagine it being processed through a weasel can improve the bean that much.

iinm, the idea is not just from how the beans are fermented by the weasel’s digestion, but also that the weasel are picky about the bean they eat.

But nowadays, with how that label sells premium, they just force feed bean at the weasels just so they can stamp the label at it and sell it expensive. So in practice it already lost half the value.
