Forgot the name (fantasy, smartphones and Twitter)

So i read the first chapter of this manga about a paladin (hero ?) in a fantasy setting who gets a smartphone (I think they mentionned Steve Jobs got isekai'd). Then his social media addicted party members tell him about a Twitter knock-off, which he then gets into.

Anybody remember the name ? I don't see it in my follows.
