I think you already understood that was tongue-in-cheek, but in case you didn't: that was a tongue-in-cheek attempt trying to show that I am well aware that you can make any topic humorous - to highlight that my issue is with the presentation, not the content/topic itself. In fact, I think I in that comment basically tried to reiterate that one point about three times or so, each in a different way. It was to show the self-awareness in that I would laugh at some gory manga, but would find it troubling if another manga tried to straight-facedly portray it [gore or death] as a sexually attractive thing.
I actually do vaguely remember (because I excised it from memory as well as I could) a zombie novel that did precisely that with necrophilia. And it did similarly disturb me back then too, despite how I often find it funny even when the same type of joke is played up for laughs in other zombie-genre media.

Presentation is key.

ps: I have no idea how you think I am trying to "control" you, or "ruin things". Nor why you think I would need to "control" myself from expressing an opinion on a piece of media or the topics discussed by said piece of media, in a forum made for the explicit purpose of readers of those media doing so. But I suppose that is why you consider me "fucked up gross and weird".
But either way, I think I should let you know that that type of argumentation is not how you convince anyone of anything. Also, I nevertheless do forgive you.
