Fran’s always been a bit of a sucker, at least by my memory. She’s also operated on people who were already killed to revive them, so it’s not necessarily the first time she’s operated on someone without their consent (that she wasn’t “punishing”).

Well, given that V3 basically needs a hard on boner strength to fight and making Riderman constantly dying for him(V3) to get a boner, they are more than ruthless. They are fuck up.

Page 20, they clearly trigger some sort of speaker on him that says "I AM SENTINEL X! PLEASE MAKE ME STRONGER", drowning out his own weak voice. So she thinks he consented.
