So.. What are the chances of Ma Li turning back and we get an ending with male Ma Li and Kaka together? That seems at least what Ma Li wants, judging by that panel.
Unless this is a way for the story to establish that Kaka has feeling for m!Ma Li, and she may extended them to f!Ma Li, after the drama and stuff happens when she find out about it. And we end up with 2 girls together ending?

Either that, MC stays female and somehow Kaka becomes male (or at least gets a dick so MC can have a child to break/pass on the "curse"), or both go different ways and just be friends.

Or the manga goes on near indefinite hiatus due to lack of new plot ideas after expending the standard story arcs for these kind of stories while also not wanting to end and/or does not know how to end. Hope this wont be the case though.

@lilmagi Honestly it would be nice to see Ma Li stay female and be with Kaka, because if he just goes back to male and gets with her it would be kind of boring that way.
