Girl, if you want him, you need to make it clear. The world these days is kind of cruel to boys. If they make a move, the girl could call it rape. So to be safe, they don't do anything. You have to push him down and ensure there is no room for misunderstanding. If he doesn't feel the same way, well, you've tried, at least now you know. If he push you away thinking you're tricking him, well, that's his loss. Find another boy.
