Bullshit, since Kenji is a judoist, to evade his grab one would have to create a distance and hit him fast enough. Judo practitioners are quite dangerous: once they grabbed you, there's not much you would be able to do. Also, karate hardly uses evasion, since many grabs go from blocking. Evading judoist is actually crazy.
