a lot of people would resonate to this story, an acceptance that a disease is part of you and your love ones life is a heavy burden to bear.

Interesting little story. And turned out more optimistic than I figured.

But I can't help but wonder how other challenges will be overcome as the 3 (or now, 4?) of them live on. Can the original still get pregnant? and how would a child affect the dynamic? What if others discover the condition? Would the clones choose to take on a separate suitor as time goes on? Would that be cheating?

I'm definitely overthinking a story mostly focused on the metaphor of taking on the burdens of your loved one, but that's the sci-fi nut in me.

Kinda dark in a sense and I fell dread for the man if she keep multiplying without control...

For a man that needs to deal with his wife corpse everyday, he seems to be rather well mentaly wise, just the fact that they can suddently wake up and actually have a personality would keep me awake at night, but well, he needs to be like this if he actually wants to live a decent life i guess.

Interesting concept for a oneshot, but it doesn't have to stay one. There's plenty of possibilities for a longer story with this premise.

For such an unusual premise I'm surprised there's another oneshot that went along similar lines. That one reminded me of this oneshot, but I couldn't find this manga again until I realized that both were uploaded and/or translated by the same scanlator.
