Well, this is another one of those misleading titles, as predicted.
"X is weak, but actually the strongest"... because an unrelated cheat is added on top of the actually weak X.
That reminds me of the same one with the weak "healer" job that becomes op... because of a chest that lets the mc change a super weak heal spell into a cheat unresistable one-hit-kill spell. Even the cheat ability is crazy because its description is that it "reverses" the effect, but it seems to apply to every component of the spell (weak heal => extreme damage)
Irs similar here: "appraisal" is super weak. But if you add a cheat eye made from a part of the tree that is the source of magic in that world... Well, it's like giving a machine gun to a farmer and the machine gun can shoot potatoes. Having the farmer job helps, but the job is not the reason the guy becomes strong. The machine gun is.
So, as I thought in the previous... half-chapter... the eye and she training are 90% of his new found strength. 10%, at most, for the appraiser job. Stupid title, but we can still salvage an ok story when we get past that.
