The goddess who accompanies Reito really is funny is such a way it almost only will just give info only when asked.
Pretty sure she could've told him right then and there that elf is related to him in one way or another.
I know that her foresight is skewed when she is looking to anything about Reito but I don't think her vision is muddy about things which already happened before he was born there.

she's MC's biological aunt. She and her sister were born of an elf mother and human father.

Because of low fertility and skewed gender ratio(7 in 10 elves are female), the elven nation encourages skilled non-elf men to come settle there and marry elf women. The children of such unions are either elf or human in appearance. MC's mom got more human genes while the aunt got more elf genes.

Though the manga's treating it with all the subtlety of a brick to the face.
