This manga never fails to make me on edge with the tone shifts:

1st half of chapter: Wholesome, cute.

2nd half of chapter: JESUS CHRIST WHAT THE FUCK

lmao if someone tried to cut my hair i would shank them so that's kind where i expected this to go. I'm doubtful the dad will be understanding, so this is probably about to go south

@FluentInManganese it started when bf san decided to have lunch with mogu chan I believe before they started dated it was in the earlier chapters and mogu through out the chapters after has grown in height.

also mogu chan sister I doubt she had bad intentions in mind to start with. I took it as she needed an escape and her 'brother' was her only option that came to mind and when you find out all of what they have gone through. rereading the start of the arc or even story you get a much better understanding of their story and who they are.

Chapters since comments section has misgendered Mogumo: 0
Seriously it's an manga which explicitly focuses on LGBT issues, nonbinary genders aren't that complicated.

@Guthix101 Misgendered Mogumo? Please explain. I'm not quite experienced with these first world gender identity stuff. My country is more...Muslim(even though I'm the 0.1% that ain't a Muslim I've been influenced by them a lot). I just started reading a cute trap manga then shit started getting real and I'm in too deep to bail. And so I'm not sure what you're trying to say.

@Walter_vi_Britannia Mogumo is nonbinary (aka, not a boy nor a girl). Generally in English, as they have not stated otherwise, their pronouns would be they/them rather than he/him or she/her. In Japanese, pronouns don't really exist which is why that stuff isn't really said but given how vocal Mogumo is whenever they are referred to as a boy or a girl it is fairly reasonable to assume they would react similarly to being referred to with male or female pronouns.

@Orangechrisy Yea, it's the English language's fault really. Like why in hell does it even have gendered pronouns? And why is it ONLY gendered pronouns? Like, why isn't there a gender neutral one? Even if all these non-binary/trans stuff didn't exist in this world and there were only two genders what do you say when you're talking about someone whose gender you just don't know?
English is so heavily flawed. Like, this is the one problem that should not even exist.

@Walter_vi_Britannia "They" is the gender neutral pronoun. It is used for nonbinary people because it isn't gendered like he or she is. When speaking about someone that you do not know the gender of you also use "they".
