lowkey relieved that victoria got a redemption(?) moment. i felt really bad for her since we found out that she was just being manipulated and mind controlled the whole time.

Reading these other comments, I'm torn on whether Victoria will be redeemed or not. On the one hand, I don't think Raoul is actually going to forgive her. Despite being used/manipulated/brainwashed for a good portion of her life, he does still clearly blame her for the messed up shit she did. But on the other hand, the fact that she's been brought back at all seems to point her fate in a more favorable direction.

Like, how odd would it be story-wise if a character that's being tortured continuously in the background forever, is brought back just to be tortured some more in a different way? We did kinda get that with Sandra, Ernst, Lukas and Rinne in the Hell arc, but I doubt that counts since their "new" punishment was literally just, continue to be in hell.

So my thought is that it's probably going to be some combination of the two? Like, maybe he's conducting an experiment to see if she's truly changed and isn't just putting on airs to keep from being viciously tortured again. If she fails then we know what happens, but maybe he'll ease up a bit if she's actually turned a new leaf?

I could be putting too much faith in the author, but I can only hope.

I think Victoria will be punished a second time and that Raul will enjoy crushing her hopes, making her give up everything for him, for nothing 😅

Besides, he said that “maybe” he would forgive her, and all he has to do is say that he has changed his mind

She is still responsible for the death of Raoul's entire family, and I'm not sure he'll ever forget that, and she doesn't deserve him anyway :pout:

Eh...the goddess didn't tell to order her guards to kill Raoul's sister. The saintess made Victoria realize she was in love with Raoul, and as the man himself said:

Note the menhera eyes.
well, a weak mind can easily be controlled/altered. will continue on until they meet the one who could teach/fix or change them. sadly,Victoria doesnt have anyone like that. she wasnt in her right mind anymore. her brain has already been corrupted.
That was the effect of being "BRAINWASHED"
