Yea, maybe she wasn't evil from the start, but that still doesn't justify the choices she made as the years went by. Victoria had MC, his family and everyone MC cherished killed just because MC wouldn't become her "pet". That wasn't a "God" forcing her.

I'm torn. Yes, kid Victoria was definitely manipulated and twisted, but everything after that was done by her- her own obsession, her own crimes, her own twistedness.

However, I think if Raoul ever finds out what we saw in the flashback, there's a chance she is allowed to redeem herself and return to what she once was.

This right here. She's not off the hook for what she's done, but between her family and a literal god whispering in her ear she had no chance of becoming a good person, much less a sane one. She deserves a shot at realizing what she did was wrong and atoning for it.

Don’t you know? Audience won’t even be satisfied with mere death sentence nowadays. It has to be eternal torture in the most physically and mentally sadistic way possible.
It’s okay, they’re evil, it’s their own fault to be in that position. So you can enjoy it without guilt, and doing the world a favour by punishing evil.

Honestly, as bad as she was, it's hard to imagine a kid growing up to be better if they are surrounded by... Well, all of this, really.

Hmmm it can go either way still tbh.
There's multiple ways like this is her being corrupted or mind controlled by that god completely or she's being corrupted but it's drawing out her negative traits so this was already within her or she's going mad with the power without any influence of the god and the god was just aware this was how it'll play out.
I'm more partial to the idea that she already had some darkness within her and the gods influence is just bringing it out and making it worse.

Pretty much. I mean was this revenge manga suddenly gonna say something otherwise? At the end of the day this world is comically evil and to live pure an honest is dime a dozen. Honestly victoria may of been controlled and what not but that's like me saying "I was controlled and comitted many genocides" but the "me" now is a good person.

No, I basically did most of that stuff but now i'm more mentally sane. But just cuz I'm sane doesn't rid the evil. She's redeemable in a story that already had the princess who is way more respectable and doesn't need a long arc to seem any better than she already was.
